Managing product listings, creating and editing products with all form sections

Products

The Catalog module is the heart of your store. It manages everything customers browse and buy.

Product Listing

The products table displays the following columns:

Filtering Products

Use the filter dropdowns above the table to narrow the product list:

  • StatusEnabled, Disabled
  • Category — Select from your store categories (e.g., Bakery & Snacks, Beverages, Dairy Products, Fruits & Vegetables, Household Essentials, Personal Care)
  • Stock StatusIn Stock, Out of Stock, On Backorder

Use the search bar to find products by name or SKU.

Creating / Editing a Product

The product creation form is organized into sections (not tabs). Scroll through all sections or use the page outline to jump to a specific one.

Section 1 — General Information

Full DescriptionDetailed product description (rich text editor)

Section 2 — Product Images

Upload product images via drag-and-drop or click to browse. Multiple images are supported. The first image serves as the primary product thumbnail.

Section 3 — Product Attributes

Use the Add Attribute dropdown to attach predefined attributes to the product. Attributes define product characteristics such as color, size, material, etc. Attributes must be created first in the Attributes section.

Section 5 — Special Pricing

Special pricing is ideal for time-limited sales without creating a coupon or promotion.

Section 6 — Inventory

Section 8 — Publish

Featured ProductCheck to feature this product on the storefront
Mark as NewCheck to display a "New" badge on the product

Section 9 — Categories

Assign the product to one or more categories by checking the corresponding checkboxes.
